FWIW: install fails on RHEL 6 with RHEL native packages
java-1.7.0-oracle or java-1.6.0-sun.

Succeeds with a JDK (7) downloaded from Oracle. Too bad--with the recent
spate of security issues (of course, most on the client side), I was
trying to get away from hand maintaining a JRE.

Also recall mentioning the same error sometime in 2011 when I happened
to have the BC Provider installed on Java 6.

Haven't looked at the ant/pki/SelfSignedCertificate.java, if that's it.
