Updated SP 2.5 alpha RPMs

Hi Scott,

So trying to enable a plugin using the loopback handler, but neither the
wiki doc nor the files in /etc/shibboleth seem to indicate where it exists
nor how to configure it.  Where could I find some more specific info on
where to send my POST?
