Updated SP 2.5 alpha RPMs

The non-production repository set has been refreshed with the latest SP
build:

The main addition to this refresh besides bug-fixes is the external-auth
integration feature:

This also includes a fix for the shibstate cookie accumulation bug, so
testing that would be welcome. Default is to allow up to 25 or so cookies
to accommodate frames and AJAX sites, but this can be adjusted
(relayState="cookie:NN" where NN is the max).
