missing attachments in Jira (XSTJ-5)

In checking what became of XSTJ-5 I looked the the Jira page for the
issue and noticed that the two attachments (RPM .spec file and a
patch) couldn't be found by Jira. Instead the request results in a
huge HTML page detailing server specs (memory configuiration, jvm
details, databse typ3, kernel version, jira plugins and versions,
etc.)
Since it also states that this request resulted in...
