I was referring mainly to the encoder stuff, which I thought we had left
somewhat in flux. My point I guess was that I wouldn't spend a lot of time
trying to use more than the XML processing code because my guess was it
would be changing in the future more than the other pieces.
Meanwhile those other Java implementations are specifically ECP clients so
if somebody is trying to write one, that seems like the obvious thing to
use or worst case copy from.
