The flow is/was very indirect, at least of late. I expect that there's
going to be a lot of spinning this in the coming weeks if some kind of
agreement isn't reached, and I don't have any information about what's
going on right now.

It's 60% of me, because the other 30% is time that is still 90% project
time on support, documentation, etc. It's not been accounted for in the
project budget, but it's money the project benefits from directly. But
that's still just 1.1 FTE at most.

I would say that it's getting to the point where we need to see public
statements. I say that as a major deployer. If I'm about to be responsible
for a stack of code on my campus, I need to be able to prepare for that.
And maybe those of us in that position need to start talking amongst
ourselves too.
