I have *no* idea how accounting is done there.  I can say that for the
current half year, I2/InC is covering 30% of Scott and 50% of Brent.
We have no knowledge whether that will continue and there has
certainly been...  discrepancies... between what we've been told and
what has been delivered.  So... who knows.

Well, there is no minimum for a donation.  I do know that the per
annum membership fee, however, is far far smaller an amount that
pretty much any "enterprise" software package any university buys.

Well "membership" doesn't buy anything special other than the ability
to be voted on to the board, really.  So, if you don't care about that
(and honestly I don't know why most people would), then making a
donation seems the most straightforward avenue to me.
