IdP 3 Release Date?

I also want to be clear.  We have had a couple organizations stump up
for membership.  Nicole will be putting that online once the paperwork
 (invoices, etc.) is done.  JISC and SWITCH have also made quite
substantial contributions (thanks!) but even if everything comes
through right now we have just enough to tread water, essentially.
