Metadata Aggregator - Issues with XMLSignatureSigningStage

Looks like those config examples were added in April 2011.  I know this
code is under heavy development, so probably those examples have just
fallen out-of-sync with the code.  Probably Chad or Ian can clarify the
latest state of things.
