Xacml 3.0 Support?

Thanks to help from this list, the Xacml2.0 compiler is working in a Policy
Decision Service with full Saml2.0 header validation. Without headers,
handles about 1000 msgs/second with policy and attribute caching turned on.

Now I need to do the same for the Xacml 3.0 compiler, which is now based on
JAX-B. I'd like to switch to OpenSAML.

So, does OpenSAML support Xacml 3.0 yet? Prospects? I checked the dox but
might have misread; didn't find anything on Xacml 3.0.
