How to find the 'OASIS-SAML 2.0 profile of XACML - Draft' referred for each version of OpenSAML?

Hi,
In order to avoid future troubles I am trying to refer the drafts used in
implementation of OpenSaml-2.3.1 and OpenSaml-2.3.1.
So grateful for any clue on finding this.
