So it turns out that this would invert control.

The correct solution (which I’ll retarget this to) is that any user of HttpResource should call setHttpClientContextHandler() with an org.opensaml.security.httpclient.HttpClientSecurityContextHandler which has had the HttpClientSecurityParameters

I’ll change this case to be for the PluginInstaller to do just that,
