It currently doesn’t and it would be good for the plugin installer if it did (the plugin installer currently just understands HttpClient, but it enables modules and that code does understand security parameters so there is a mismatch

There is a FU question as to whether we then need to make changes to the ModuleContext to use the HttpResource
