So when loading from the filesystem a bean a flow is registered

C:/Users/rdw/AppData/Local/Temp/IdPHome14837655992899646587/flows/authn/conditions

but when loaded from the classpath* it’s called

authn/conditions

Looks to me like there is more specialized AC guddling going on, so I’ll move over to 2101
