Whilst looking into this, I realised that there is a configuration option for enabling or disabling the UserInfo endpoint lookup in the RP in the OIDCAuthorizationConfiguration class. This seems better suited to the OIDCUserInfoConfiguration class.

However, this would mean ‘switching’ the selected profile config in the relying-party context after the authorization response, adding the OIDC.UserInfo bean to the common config, and ensuring that it is enabled for the RP. Which I can do, but I am not sure it is the best approach.
