Yes, the seckeygen.sh I have has the old class name in it:

$LOCATION/runclass.sh net.shibboleth.utilities.java.support.security.BasicKeystoreKeyStrategyTool "$@"

module says:

So, I guess the issue is that although I had the files, the idp.CommandLine was not enabled in the previous install? Or is this a new module?
