Per https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JPAR-218 ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JPAR-218 ) , it’s not obvious that we need “debug” compilation any more, now that we’re compiling with “parameters” enabled for Spring Framework’s benefit.

We should experiment with disabling this.

Ideally, also, we should resolve this issue before IdP v5.0.0.
