Is this the same question as "how many SPs continue to use eduPersonTargetedID"?

There are 1500 SPs registered in the UK federation. Trying to get a definitive answer from each of those would be a significant project. As a proxy answer, I can say that approximately 50% of the SPs which register RequestedAttribute elements include eduPersonTargetedID. 75% of those SPs use software developed in the R&E sector (Shibboleth SP, SimpleSAMLphp and OpenAthens). This leaves a significant number of instances which use software we don't have good information on.
