Done, commit 859ac096f9668ac047b227805dca0d317fc493f8.

Spawned a couple of issues related to the way the MDA CLI and xmlsectool are initialising logging, which makes using static loggers very brittle within those applications. Turns out not to affect normal use of the MDA as a framework.
