I think I have to create a custom flow to do this, and on reviewing existing CAS flows I think I can reuse existing actions except for one perceived problem: the requirement for a session. I know that the requirement for a session has been perceived problematic for other reasons, so as a first step I took a stab at making the session optional:

Scott Cantor ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=557058%3A5b78efc9-1379-42cc-a3f6-56c6ea3a0007 ) I would appreciate your reviewing that branch and if you agree on the general direction, I think I’d like to spin up a separate issue to track that change clearly and make it a dependency of this task. While I’m still not 100% certain that the session dependency is the only obstacle to an admin flow for CAS attribute release, I do think it’s a notable obstacle. Also I do think it may be generally beneficial to drop the requirement for a session just to afford more flexibility.
