I’ve actually wished for this capability myself. I haven’t looked into it, but I can imagine the main hurdle is that the CAS protocol is a 2-step process, which is fundamentally different than SAML that produces output immediately in response to a request. That said I’m interested to take a look. I may be able to provide a separate tool for this purpose that is CAS-specific without too much effort.
