Added attributeListRef to the Static Data Connector.

It looks relatively easy to add connectionFactoryRef and serachExecutorRef to the LDAP parser (but I note that this would follow the example of mappingStrategyRef and not warn if it clashes with other parameterization. I’ll look at adding those two attributes an if we think we should do more checking of “ xyzRef is inconsistent with attribute= or <ChildElement/> we can do that as another case.
