V4 Documentation added. On a quick review it looks as though most of the data connectors have a fooRef="baz" for things you might want to deploy via spring the notable omissions being

* LDAP can consume an org.ldaptive.ConnectionFactory ( http://ldaptive.org/v1/javadocs/org/ldaptive/ConnectionFactory.html ) and an org.ldaptive.SearchExecutor ( http://ldaptive.org/v1/javadocs/org/ldaptive/SearchExecutor.html ) and I don’t a a ref homolog.
* The Static data connector can consume a List<IdPAttribute> and it might be nice to have one of those so you can specify non string attributes.

I’ll add the latter and take input on whether people want the former.
