Included the following import to the OP’s relying-party/postconfig.xml file:

<import resource="classpath*:/META-INF/net/shibboleth/idp/service/relying-party/oidc/**/postconfig.xml" />

It loads the *postconfig.xm*l files from <cut>/relying-party/oidc and its subdirectories. The plugins that extend OP should place their *postconfig.xml* files to a plugin-specific subdirectory. Once IdP 4.3 gets released, all plugins should switch back into using the standard location, i.e. relying-party/postconfig.xml
