The OP plugin auto-wires its profile configuration -related beans via relying-party/postconfig.xml -mechanism. It has been noticed that if multiple plugins exploit the same mechanism, only one randomly picked files will be read by IdP prior 4.3.

The root-cause has been fixed for IdP 4.3+ in https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JSE-51 ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/browse/JSE-51 ).

We should provide a temporary mechanism to allow other plugins to wire their relying-party beans.
