Could you update this line on https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IDP4/pages/1265631499/ReleaseNotes :

'A consequence of this new service is that adjusting AttributeEncoders requires reloading "shibboleth.AttributeRegistryService" and not the resolver service as in previous releases.'

to

As I would have located it in my many finds across that page - and perhaps given it more than one attempt.

I’ll test again - and will just have to presume I missed something in my previous attempt
