I think it’s an artifact of the V4Install class subclassing the IdP’s initiializer. I’m not sure why it ends up with two copies of idp.properties loaded, but that must be what’s happening. Seems to be related to the metadata generation step (sigh, my favorite). Might be able to fix by hacking in a flag to just disable the warning, but I bet I could just suppress it in the installer’s log config which I think I spotted.
