I think this is right, save that I didn’t realize these Copy tasks technically say they will overwrite a file if the source is “newer”? Do we know what that actually means? I have no idea how much the file modification times are even preserved when we do a release but OTOH if this is how it’s always been, we’d have had tons of problems before now.
