Modified net.shibboleth.oidc.metadata.keyinfo.ext.impl.provider.InlineJwksProvider for commons 2.1 (and OP 3.2) to produce a *WARN* line if neither JWKSet nor JWK could be parsed from the given input. The *DEBUG* level for the same class logger shows the root cause.

I leave this open as this should be improved.
