At this stage virtually all of the tests are passing save for some I had to omit due to layering concerns.

The remaining work is to add the auto-wiring support to the outstanding Scripted plugins, and then it’s time to do the real hard part, branch the IdP and start fixing it up and chopping out all the removed modules and classes.
