When performing an IdP update installation using ./bin/install.sh on an IdP with some installed plugins, there is currently no way to inject a HttpClient bean (e.g. a HTTP proxy) for the plugin installer.

Example: Updating from IdP 4.1.6 to 4.2.1 with installed OIDC plugin, but without direct internet connection, leaves the IdP with a defunct OIDC plugin.
