After some discussions locally, I’m leaning toward not wiring this up in the session validation action, but rather treating it as a reuseCondition for specific login methods, and providing a default bean to wire that up (which could of course be combined with other conditions).

Also thinking it might be useful to implement a RevocationCache back-end that uses the AttributeResolver somehow, but that would take more rethinking of the API.
