Needed some extension of the RevocationCache API to store data in the records that can be read back. This doesn’t add much on top of the StorageService directly, but it’s a layer of abstraction.

Drafting changes to support username and client address revocation. Content of the records will be the epoch such that sessions created prior will be considered revoked.
