* Remove the Registry: field, setters & getters

* java-identity-provider

* idp-profile-impl

* net.shibboleth.idp.profile.impl.ResolveAttributes

* Remove the Registry: field, setters & getters
* Do not populate the registry in the AttributeResolutionContext

* idp-conf-impl/src/main/resources/net/shibboleth/idp/flows

* Remove setting the Context into the ResolveAttributes bean in
