That work has all been done. I’ll let it settle more I do anything else.

Next up will be t remove the TranscodingRegistry from the AttributeResolutionContext since I don’t see it being used - I believe that it was only ever used to adding Display Information to attributes during resolution back when we did that.

I’ll do some more due diligence first and also give Scott Cantor ( https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?accountId=557058%3A5b78efc9-1379-42cc-a3f6-56c6ea3a0007 ) a chance to veto the idea.
