I will test it. The EncodeMessageTest shows the EncodeMessage adding the event as a subcontext of the given PRC. But as you say, something could be traversing the context tree and adding it elsewhere.

I'm not quite set up for the SAML proxy flow at the moment, so I will switch over when I get a chance.
