… Indeed I am not sure whether this counts as an API change? The API is still there it just doesn;t do anything.

There was an early version of this code that allow reversion to populating the values at resolution time. Don’t want to, but we could reinstate that as a turn-onable option

I’m also surprised that I didn’t spot the use of the setter at clone time. One of those things I suppose. Anyway I’ll reproduce the warning and get rid of it in the clone
