Which only needs to work off the claim names and the claim requirement, which is inside the object as a value. With the uncommitted implementation, this will throw an exception if the transcoder rule uses the OIDCStringTranscoder before it can build the IdPRequestedAttribute because it does not support the ClaimsSetRequest.Entry type. I need to figure out how that is wired up to figure out what it is using.
