    Add KeyId 0x875C3EF9DC4638E3 to (new) keyring for org.python
    
    key 875C3EF9DC4638E3: public key "Jeff Allen <ja.py at farowl.co.uk>" imported
    
    This is used to sign jython-slim-2.7.2.jar which is used by the MDA
    build and is found in the trusted third party repo implying trust
    in the signing key.
