    Add KeyId 0x82D8373A8E0F8D06 to (new) keyring for org.jruby.jcodings
    
    key 82D8373A8E0F8D06: public key "Marcin Miel\xc5\xbcy\xc5\x84ski <lopx at gazeta.pl>" imported
    
    Key is used to sign jcodings-1.0.46.jar which used in the MDA build
    and is found in thr trusted 3rd party repo implying trust in the signing key.
