We collided, I just filed this, but no, that’s not a fix. There are a ton of side effects and breakage from adding file prefixes, you don’t want to go there.

There isn’t a real fix at the moment, but the expedient options are to either create the missing file (which can be a stub, just has to have Spring boilerplate) or just avoid drive letters in idp.home (which is a very advisable course in any case).

The OP patch we’re issuing tomorrow will fix this for now by populating the empty/missing file, which fits the pattern of most of the IdP’s login flow modules. Creating one ahead of that patch won’t break anything.

Will close this as a duplicate since I have the issue tracked.
