in order to attain windows compatibility the file:  {{ /META-INF/net/shibboleth/idp/flows/authn/OAuth2Client/ }} OAuth2Client-beans.xml

should change the import from:

<import resource="conditional:%{idp.home}/conf/authn/oauth2client-authn-config.xml" />

to:

<import resource="conditional:file:%{idp.home}/conf/authn/oauth2client-authn-config.xml" />

linux compatibility for this patch need be checked
