Not a big deal but there are a couple of idp-conf tests of the context initializer that fail if /opt/shibboleth-idp/conf/idp.properties exists. This breaks the tests if a build with tests is done on a box that has the IdP installed, which is kind of bad. Really should be more self-contained, I think.
