I think it’s actually not right to set the logging versions based on the IdP. Jetty has its own ideas about what to do, so unless we want to override it explicitly, I think it has to be Jetty that determines this, and the jetty-base would depend on the Jetty version.

It’s not very clean because unless your Jetty deployment is scripted somehow to “re-add” the logging modules so that it downloads fresh copies of the jars, it’s a manual process to keep things working.
