Added:

* A generic JSON to Map resolver and loading/parsing strategies.
* A feature similar to ResolveViaPredicatesOnly, which returns all the metadata to the predicate filtering engine if an appropriate identifier could not be found in the criteria set and the flag (matchOnIdentifierRequired) is set to false.

Simplified:

* The XML construction of the cache - now using a builder spec - and how it is wired together. * Although is still a messy bit of XML compared to the existing opensaml version.
