In setting up the xmlsectool project I ran into an issue whereby the enforcer didn't recognise the xmlsectool artifact inside the distribution .zip.

This is probably because it's a single-module project and indeed our only one.

parentPomDir was set to <parentPomDir>$

{basedir}

</parentPomDir> but that's something of an anomaly itself.

Workround was to include "xmlsectool=net.shibboleth.tool" in the -data .jar's mapping file.
