Refactored the Authorization and Token config based on my analysis to share a base class with the common settings and the unique settings moved down.

For compatibility, the 3 settings unique to the Token endpoint are also still on the Authorization class but with deprecation warnings added, so if the Token config bean is missing and the system falls back to the SSO bean, those calls emit a warning.

This accomplishes the goal of allowing distinct settings for the Token endpoint when it comes to authentication, which will be needed for supporting the other grant types.
