As a completely new installer, testing will be at a premium.  This case is a bucket to hold the test scenarios as I come to them.

Thoughts so far.

1) Fresh Install (and uninstall from same)
2) Update from old style installer (and uninstall from same)
3) Update from new style installer (...)
4) Patch in a associated merge module (with not version change)
5) Change configuration if existing install (repair.../modify) (and uninstall from same)
6) Admin installs
7) Minimal and no GUI installs  (with associated documentation)
