WebAuthn plugin v1.3.0 now available

The Shibboleth Project has released v1.3.0 of the WebAuthn authentication plugin (see release notes at [1] and documentation at [2])

This is a feature release that focuses on improving the performance of credential lookups when using the default credential repository [3]. It also adds extension points for triggering custom functionality in response to credential creation, updates, or deletions.
