Shibboleth SP support ending for SUSE Enterprise Linux 9

Similar to my notice earlier this year regarding Red Hat Enterprise 4,
this is a warning to the community that we will be ending formal support
for the SP software on SEL V9 with the next major release of the SP (2.5,
expected next year).

Novell ended mainline support for this version a couple of months ago, and
I have a need for a dependency that is not new enough on SEL 9, so I'm
planning to drop support with the next release. As with Red Hat 4, the
implication is not that it will be impossible to use the SP there, but
packages won't be provided, and the build process may not work without
patches (or, in this case, the addition of a newer dependency).
